The Wenceslas Square is the heart of New Town, and is a vibrant and interesting place to take a stroll. In the Lucerne Gallery hangs an interesting sculpture by David Cerný, a controversial Czech artist. St. Wenceslas was murdered in the 10th century by his half-brother.
